Add kernel and proc parameter rsbac_parallel_mounts to de-serialize mounts For years, RSBAC has been serializing rsbac_mount() and rsbac_umount() to avoid some races. The new parameter allows to disable this for speedup. After good testing, default might be changed to enable parallel mounts later.
